HAE South Africa is committed to providing the patient community with support and information that sets the standard for the diagnosis and treatment of HAE in S.A.

The incidence of HAE is approximately 1:50 000 indicating that there are a significant number of patients undiagnosed in South Africa. We are also faced with numerous challenges including diagnosis and management in the SA socio-economic and healthcare context.
